Complete Roof Coatings….Depending on the current condition of your roof, your roof may need to be completely coated. If this is the case, we offer both a Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating and a White Elastomeric Coating, both are manufactured by Unicoat Industrial Manufacturing Group, LLC., and are applied by American Roof, Inc.

Unicoat Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating…This coating is formulated using quality, oxidized asphalt, fine grade leafing aluminum pigment reinforced with polyethylene fibers. Unicoat meets the composition requirements of ASTM D2824.

Unicoat Premium White Elastomeric Roof Coating…This coating is formulated using a 100% Acrylic Polymer that provides outstanding adhesion and superior, energy-saving reflectivity. Unicoat incorporates Zinc Oxide for long term mildew resistance and, combined with the superior UV resistance of the acrylic resin, provides a highly durable roof coating. Meets ASTM 6083.
